Congratulations on considering becoming a mentee in the Elizabeth Casson Mentoring Community. We appreciate this is a commitment and that you may have questions about how the programme works, so we are offering an online introduction event on Tuesday 15 November 12:00-13:00. At this, you will meet Caroline Waters and Helen Chipchase who lead the programme for us.
Caroline and Helen will explain how the programme works and outline the support that is available for mentees, and also mentors.
They will introduce the profile we ask you to create and also offer some guidance on how to write this, telling us about your experiences, what you hope to gain from the programme, and also what you may have to offer, so that we are able to find your best match with a mentor. In our experience, getting this step right is essential for successful pairing. Joining the event isn't mandatory however we do recommend it.
